Payments and delivery
Checkout and withdrawal records include amounts, currency, payment references and destination addresses. Delivery information is used to fulfill purchases. Cryptocurrency transactions may be visible on public blockchains.
Messages and service providers
The configured email service handles account verification, recovery and service messages. The platform payment service handles invoices and withdrawals. Optional integrations process the information needed for the features you enable.
Contact and preferences
Use Contact support for privacy questions and account requests. Marketing emails include a preferences link. Operational messages may still be necessary for account access and orders.
