Use records you already own
Settings → Migration accepts the Sellxio JSON catalog format. Convert your own export into this format before importing. It contains product names, descriptions, prices, stock types, variants and unsold stock.
Review before publishing
Imported products start inactive. Check names, prices, delivery content and variants, add artwork, then publish the products you want customers to see. Product and stock limits still apply.
Keep financial records separate
Catalog import does not transfer customer funds, balances or payment history from another provider. Retain those records separately. Ask support if you need help identifying which data can be brought across.
